Here are some of our favorite looks for back to school! And *bonus* everything here is on sale for $22 or less! Can't beat some of these prices!

I'm a total sucker for cute teacher tees! Especially when they have a nice message for students! These Teach Awesome Tees are perfect for jean days, or to pair with some nice dress pants and a cute cardigan any day of the week!

This beautiful Empire Pocket Midi Dress will help you look extra fancy for parent teacher conferences, but it's so comfy you'll feel like your wearing your pajamas all day!

These Lennox Flutter Sleeve tops are super cute! Very professional looking and nice to wear while it's still hot out.

Possibly my favorite shirts are these Colorblock Tunics. I love that they're professional looking, but also long enough to cover up when you're constantly bending down to help students.

This Ultra Soft Long Cardigan is perfect for early morning  recess duty!

How about these darling Personalized Heart Tees? Love these!!

Is it too early to order your Christmas Grinch shirt? I think NOT! (FYI - These always sell out quickly every time I see them on Jane.)

Reading Group Games and Activities

So you've got your guided reading books and you read the book with your group. Now WHAT?  Do you need some games and activities to target certain reading skills? I've got you covered for grades K-3.  Each pack comes with over 50 games, activities, graphic organizers, and teaching tools. There are games and activities for comprehension, vocabulary, fluency and phonics.

Here are a few items included (remember there are OVER 50).

I am a first grade teacher, but I use everything in the 2nd grade pack as well because I had some really high readers this year! Some of the items overlap with K/1, so please be aware of that.

I had one of my favorite teacher-friends Brittany help me create a pack that is perfect for 3rd graders. I use this pack with my highest readers and it's helped me teach skills to them that I would not have even thought to teach (#firstgradeteacherforlife). The games that help reinforce the skills are fun, effective and the students love them!

Back to School Amazon Guide!

I don't know how June passed so quickly, or how it's possible that we're already halfway through July, but I am sad to say that the summer is flying by faster than we all would like! Before we know it, our new students will be walking in the doors and it will be time to start a brand new year!

So without further ado, here is our unofficial official:

(Please note: This post contains affiliate links.)

You can never have too many glue sticks! This pack of 30 would be great to start the year off.

Pro tip: Save extra caps in a bucket so when a student loses their cap (and you know they will!) there will be extras to use!

I love a good set of colored scissors! This rainbow set it fun and you can use a different color for each table group so you always know where they belong.

I highly recommend investing in a good quality pencil sharpener! This one is my favorite! But this X-acto School Pro  (below) is great too!

Every teacher needs a good set of markers for making anchor charts. Mr. Sketch are, in my opinion, the best! And bonus - they smell amazing!

Veteran teachers will tell you - Ticonderoga pencils are the best pencils! They write dark and don't chip off when sharpened. Trust me, you don't want to pay cheaper prices for cheaper pencils.

Pro tip: Grab the pre-sharpened pencils to make your life even easier!

I'm not quite sure why I get so excited about colored Expo markers, but I seriously LOVE them! I love to have all the colors ready and available to use during my lessons. This Vibrant Color Mix is perfect!

Rachelle's advice: Grab the black low odor expo markers for students to use! They erase the best and last the longest!

I didn't invest in a personal laminator until my 6th year of teaching and I'm kicking myself for not buying one sooner! In fact, I recommend you buy one for your classroom AND home if possible!

P.S. Only need new pouches? Click here!

How cool are these Dry Erase Pockets? They are great for centers, math practice, spelling activities and more!

I love having caddies for each table group to use for shared supplies. It makes passing out and collecting classroom supplies a breeze.

Teacher Tip: Have a "table captain" for each group assigned to organize and pass out supplies. It makes a great classroom job!

This 12 pack of washable, Elmer's glue is Amazon's best seller and is ON SALE for a killer deal! Or grab these cute mini bottles
If you plan on making slime anytime this year, or just want to have a supply on hand for refills, grab this gallon bottle!

Teacher Hack: Read this post about how to prevent clogged glue! It might change your life!

Hands down, flair pens are my favorite pens for grading and writing in my Erin Condren teacher planner! They write smooth and dark, but don't bleed through the page! These are a MUST HAVE for me! (Try these tropical colors too!)
