I have a student teacher now, and though I didn't create a welcome binder (I will for the next one!) I have created a dialogue journal for feedback during her lessons- it might be something you want to include in your packet!

What today's youth wants to become teachers is cool. I thought that this profession no longer attracts young people. Many people would choose to work for the service (about which there is more info) than teach scripture to young children. This is good because the average age of the teaching staff will begin to decrease or at least stop increasing)
