I don't know about all of you, but I find that I am always needing to revamp my behavior management system. I love seeing so many fresh new ideas and ways to make learning fun in my classroom.

Thanks so much for highlighting these amazing ideas! We have a school-wide "green, yellow, red" chart that each teacher is required to use. So to make it more positive my 4th grade team created a "Gold Card." If students keep their "Gold Card" throughout the week then they receive a Mystery Reward. The reward could be lunch with the teacher, sit wherever you want, pick out of a special prize box, etc. The rewards are non-tangible and free and even in the 4th grade the students are excited to find out the "Mystery Reward" every Friday!
