Click {here} to download all 3 teacher surveys! :)
A request
I had a request from a fabulous reader. She wanted a teacher survey she could give her child's teacher to learn more about him/her. Then, when it came to Christmas or Teacher Appreciation Week, she would know just what her child's teacher might like {you don't have to buy something- maybe make him/her a card with their favorite color}. Or it might just be fun to get to know them a bit better. I thought that was such a cute idea! I don't have any kiddos, but when I do, I'll SPOIL the heck out of their teachers! I know how dang hard they'll work! There are three choices! :)

Cute ideas!
These are so cute! What a great idea....if only my babies (19 and 15) were little again so I could do this with their teachers:))

Awww, you are a sweetie! I might download and gently suggest that the PTO board pass these on to the room moms :-)!

You should add favorite restaurant and store - I LOVE when parents give me gift cards! ;)
Ok Natalie...that will cost you a pretty penny! ;) Just kidding! Done and done!
oooooooh....I love gift cards too! good idea!
I do something similar at the very beginning of the year, but I call it Teacher Quiz and make the kids guess different things about me. I keep my same kids for several years, so somethings they know, but I try to come up with some tough questions. They have a great time! :)
Too cute!! My kids (22 and 18) are a little older, but I did try to do my best to find out what the teacher liked so that I could shower them those favorites at the holidays or just because. I remember one of my son's teachers liked Coke...so we gave him a case of coke and chocolate. Thanks for the freebies I will be downloading those!!

CUTE!!
Fabulous! Thanks for sharing ;)
This is really cute - I think you should make one that says "What do you want for Christmas?" My number one question from parents :) LOL!
Hmmm... favorite drink... favorite drink... Um... this is for my kindergartners, right? Lol!
Seriously, LOVE it! Thanks a million!

Thanks a bunch This is darling and oh so useful for this teacher momma. Can't wait to get them back from my kiddos teachers!
Oh that post was from me, Ericka. lol
As a teacher I will add -
What are you allergic to or do not care for-
example Coffee, gluten free, I am allergic to scented lotion.
There is nothing worse than getting a well intentioned gift that you can not enjoy. :)
Really cute but a little too late for Alabama teachers. We cannot accept gifts from parents anymore. It is against the Ethics Code.
