Science Week - Favorite Videos

I thought I'd share some of my favorite videos with you all to celebrate science week.

This video was created by my old co-worker, Mr. Brunner, who is now a principal in a school in my district.
Such a fun science experiment to do for Halloween!!

This video is my student's all-time fave!!

This video is great if you teach about Matter!

I have my students sing-along and they LOVE it!! Here's a free download of the lyrics:

Someone asked for the Solid, Liquid, Gas video (also by They Might Be Giants). The lyrics are included on the download above.

FYI - For more Matter resources check out my Physical and Chemical Changes Resource Pack available on Teachers Pay Teachers

That is soooo cool! My kids will go nuts!

Also, where can you get dry ice?

Dry ice is sold at most grocery stores. You have to be over 18 to purchase it and it is usually stored in front by the ice. Hope that helps.

We get Dry ICE from a fire dept. supply place nearby! They usually donate it to us when we tell them its for our classrooms! :)

My preferred game is Heavy Rain. It is an exceptional, story-driven game where you play as four unique characters attempting to discover a homicide called the "Origami Killer" This is my preferred game on the grounds that your decisions influence everything and there are a wide range of endings. IdealJackets I love it since it's so unique, and I have never played a game very like it.
